• Emergency Services: 24/7 HVAC system repair and maintenance

5.1 Service Liability

Our liability for HVAC services is limited to the contract value of the specific service provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for professional liability and public liability as required by Indian law.

5.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or pandemic-related restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.2 Client Rights

Clients receive full rights to system documentation, warranties, and operational manuals for equipment installed on their premises. However, our design methodologies and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

9.1 Client Cancellation

• Before material procurement: 15% cancellation charges on contract value
• After material procurement: Actual material cost + 25% service charges
• During installation: Pro-rated charges for work completed + material costs

9.2 Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in case of:

• Non-payment of dues as per agreed schedule
• Unsafe site conditions or lack of necessary permissions
• Material unavailability due to market conditions
• Breach of contract terms by the client

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Amicable Resolution

10.2 Legal Jurisdiction
